Terms & Conditions

By booking freight, utilizing our shipment tracking console, or requesting commercial rate quotes through ShipMen Logistics, the customer ("Consignor" or "Shipper") agrees to be bound by these standard Terms and Conditions of Carriage.

• The Consignor must ensure all goods are packaged sufficiently to withstand customary handling, vibration, and weather variances experienced in road, rail, or air transit.
• Consignors are strictly responsible for the accuracy of e-way bills, commercial tax invoices, declarations of contents, and consignee contact particulars.
• ShipMen Logistics reserves the right to inspect consignments at origin hubs to verify weight, packaging integrity, and compliance with carriage laws.

Consignments containing illegal substances, undeclared hazardous chemicals, contraband, explosives, or articles prohibited under applicable national transport acts will not be accepted for carriage. The Consignor assumes full legal liability for any undeclared prohibited cargo.

While ShipMen Logistics commits to aggressive delivery SLAs, published lead times and delivery estimates are subject to highway conditions, statutory border/tax checkpoints, severe weather events, and force majeure circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.

Shipments are carried subject to the Carriage by Road Act and relevant carrier liability standards. Consignors are strongly advised to secure comprehensive transit insurance covering full cargo invoice value against transit risks.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from logistics services provided by ShipMen Logisticsshall be governed by Indian laws and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
